In general, we offer trade credit for books in most subjects, as long as the titles are still selling: recent fiction, current nonfiction, occult, mushroom hunting, hiking, classics, poetry, sci-fi, anime, and literature. We offer trade credits at 50% of the price we will sell a book. Trade credits can be applied toward the full price of your used book purchase.
From time to time, we offer cash for desirable books. We usually offer 10% of the amount we will sell the book. "10 cents on the dollar" is a longstanding tradition for inventory purchased in the second hand industry. Cash purchased will always be limited to the store's current needs and cash on hand.
All books should be in excellent condition, but allowances might be made for older books that fit our needs.
Feel welcome to bring your books in anytime during normal store hours, but keep in mind that if you bring a lot there might be delays during busy times.
